Activating and forwarding spam-proof official company email registrycode@eesti.ee is available through the government portal eesti.ee.

This is only available after your company is registered. All companies registered via Unicount have Unicount spam-proof eesti.ee email already, with emails forwarded to your Client Dashboard.

Step 1

Log in to Eesti.ee old version with your e-resident card or Smart-ID. Then click on the redirect to mailbox shortcut.

Step 2

You can go ahead and navigate to Contact Details.

Here, you can set up forwarding of your company's official eesti.ee email. Multiple email addresses can be added, and SMS notifications, which are sent in rare cases, can also be set up.

Step 3

Now, you can confirm the new email via the code sent to the email you entered.

Important

Both "personal ID-code@eesti.ee" and company "registrycode@eesti.ee" reject all mail from non-government IP addresses not authorized by the Estonian State Information Systems Authority.

If you do not use a service provider such as Unicount eesti.ee email on the public register, you can now go to the e-Business Register and use your "registrycode@eesti.ee" email as your official publicly visible company email. This enables you to receive all official communication to your forwarding email address while unsolicited spam emails are rejected. Here is the manual for changing the company's public email.
