If you have not renewed your 12-month registered office address and contact person subscription within 30 days grace period after expiration you will lose access to Client Dashboard. Until then Unicount attempts to renew your subscription automatically if you have a saved payment method.

We recommend downloading all relevant mail items and invoices before losing access to the Client Dashboard.

According to Terms of Service your company is obligated to change the registered office address and contact person in the Business Register and notify business partners of the change of the address on the day of expiry of the subscription at the latest.

Here is our manual for changing the registered office address and contact person.

If you have not changed the company's registered office address and contact person in the Business Register within one month from the expiry of the subscription, Unicount has the right to submit an application to the Business Register for the deletion of the incorrect details from the Business Register and to claim a contractual penalty in the sum equal to the annual subscription fee.

After the court has reviewed the application they will delete your incorrect registered office address and contact person. A state fee of 25 euros would still be charged to your company. The court has a right to delete your company if you have not designated a new contact person within the deadline set by the court.

If you plan to switch service providers then Unicount recommends changing Business Register details 2 weeks before the subscription at the latest expires to avoid trouble. Sometimes court proceedings might take a while and it would be a breach of contract if your address and contact person details have not been changed by the expiry date.
