The estimated delivery time is 5 working days from receiving user rights in the e-Tax.

The Estonian Tax and Customs Board is responsible for the registration and Unicount does not undertake responsibility for their decisions.

If you would like to do it on your own then the whole process is described on the Estonian Tax and Customs Board´s webpage “Registration as a VAT payer”.

When the person applying is not a board member of the company he/she needs to gain access permission for "Submitting applications for registration as a person liable to value added tax (KMKR)". These rights can be given by a board member of the company.
