For providing Unicount with the right to check and submit your company's tax information in Estonia, please provide Unicount board member Ivar Veskioja (Estonian ID code 38405220354) with the right “The right of the representative of a person to administer the user rights of applications”. It allows Unicount to add and remove access rights for our accountants.

To give the rights of delegation to Ivar, please log in to e-Tax, select your company profile from the top left corner to avoid assigning rights as a private person or to the wrong company, and then select Settings.

This opens a submenu where you can select "Access permissions." In the "Access permissions" expandable menu, click on "Access permissions of representatives."

NB! Before you assign any rights, please check again that you assign access rights to your company, not as an individual taxpayer. Check the top left corner where the current user role is shown.

Now you can click the blue button "Add new access permission".

Search for Unicount board member Ivar Veskioja, Estonian ID code 38405220354, and click next.

No specific term is suggested for the validity of user rights, so you can leave the date blank.

Now you can go below to open the “Separate permissions” tab and search for an additional right called “The right of the representative of a person to administer the user rights of applications”.

To search for it, type in the code field "P_EXTERNAL_USER_MANAGER", and the correct authorisation will be displayed.

Assing the right by ticking it and then by clicking "Add".

Here are the instructions for e-Tax access rights management.
