The monthly accounting is performed at the beginning of each month for the transactions of the previous calendar month. For example, when your company´s expenses occur in June, the reconciliation and tax declarations will be done in July according to the deadlines set by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.

The accounting service is paper free. It means that all the accounting documents can be submitted as XML-invoices, pdf invoices, or picture files.
