How do I get proof of address for my company?

Proof of address is a complicated issue for e-resident entrepreneurs who do not rent a physical office in Estonia nor have any utility bills. Some service providers might require proof of address for your Estonian company.

Unicount automatically issues standard proof of address PDF documents in English to its company formation clients subscribing to virtual office service. This PDF will not be accepted by all service providers as Unicount just confirms your registered office address to whom it concerns.

Sadly Unicount cannot generate any office leases or utility bills for virtual office clients as it is not in line with the guidelines set by the e-Residency program.

We would recommend choosing service providers that accept e-resident-owned and remotely managed companies without the need for that type of historical proof of address.

Alternatively, you can try submitting an official registry card or company details PDF documents available for free from the Business Register. If you can open a business bank account you can try with a bank statement as proof of address.
