Proof of address is a complicated issue for e-resident entrepreneurs who do not rent a physical office in Estonia nor have any utility bills. Some service providers might require proof of address for your Estonian company.

Unicount automatically issues standard proof of address PDF document in English to its virtual office clients. This PDF will not be accepted by all service providers as Unicount just confirms your registered office address to whom it concerns.

Sadly Unicount cannot generate any office lease or utility bills to virtual office clients as it is not in line with the guidelines set by the e-Residency programme.

We would recommend choosing service providers that accept e-resident owned and remotely managed companies without the need for that type of historical proof of address.

Alternatively you can try submitting official registry card or company details PDF documents available for free from the Business Register. If you can open a business bank account you can try with bank statement as a proof of address.
