In Estonia there are two options for a limited liability company, OÜ (osaühing) and AS (aktsiaselts). An AS is normally used for registering larger public companies with multiple shareholders. An OÜ is most suitable for single founder and smaller companies due to the low share capital requirements and easy online formation.
