The required minimum share capital for an Estonian limited company (OÜ) is one euro cent starting from 1 February 2023.

Payment is not required during the formation process, but the board confirms that it has been done. The court does not require proof of share capital deposit up to €50 000.

When registering your company via Unicount you can set the share capital to anything from 1 euro cent to 50 000 euros. The default share capital is set to 1 euro.
