Why is my company registry code showing an error message?

When you are trying to sign up for the virtual office service with an existing company Unicount checks if the company is already on our system. For this, we check the company registry code against the registry codes on our system.

If we detect that your company has an active virtual office subscription or the service renewal payment is overdue the following error message is displayed.

The only thing for you to do is to get in touch with Unicount support to discover why the error message was displayed and learn how to renew your virtual office service for the next 12-month period.

The most common reason for the error is that you try to make a new subscription for your company instead of renewing your existing subscription which may be overdue.

To check your subscription status simply log in to Client Dashboard. If you cannot log in you probably need to contact Unicount support as your 30 days grace period is over and your subscription renewal payment is overdue. This is why your access to the Client Dashboard may be restricted.
