Business Register requires state fees to be paid before processing applications such as company registration, change of contact person, or adding board members. There are no state fees if you change company address within the same city, or edit company email and phone details.

Applications will not be processed before the payment of the state fee is confirmed on the Ministry of Finance payment system.

For paying the state fee select one of the Estonian bank links if you have a bank account in Estonia or pay by card with your Visa or Mastercard.

You can also tick "Submit the application automatically after receiving the state fee". This saves you time as you do not need to log in to check if the payment has been linked to your application.

If you have a different bank account you can pay state fees to these bank accounts belonging to the Estonian Ministry of Finance (Rahandusministeerium).

Beneficiary name: Rahandusministeerium

Always use your application number as a description and add a reference number if possible. These will be displayed to you in the Business Register application submission view. We know that reference number fields are not available with most non-Estonian payment service providers. You can include the reference number in the payment description field as it is the information that makes automatic payment linking possible.

If the payment has not been linked to your application after two days, please contact Business Register customer support (info@rik.ee) by sending them the information and proof of payment.
