How can I get my mail forwarded to me?

Whenever your company has received a mailed item such as a bank card you might want to have it forwarded to your location outside of Estonia.

Unicount uses Estonian Post (Omniva) tracked and signed service for mail forwarding or alternatively a DHL courier. You can contact Unicount support for a DHL quote.

If you choose to use the Estonian Post tracked and signed service you can order mail forwarding from Client Dashboard. Estonian Post does not provide any delivery time guarantee and receiving your mail depends solely on the local mail operator. In some countries, it may mean using the tracking code to request the mail item from the local postal service after the tracking log shows that the mail has arrived in your country.

The service fee that Unicount debits from your saved payment method is 35 euros including VAT. This includes postage in an amount of up to 10 euros.
