You do not have an accountant with an annual minimum fee they charge.
You prepare mandatory annual accounts yourself following our manual. There are no dormant accounts in Estonia and you need to submit standard annual accounts each year by 30 June for the previous calendar year.
You do not have a banking service that requires monthly or annual fees.
You have not filed for VAT or income tax registration in Estonia and have not received any penalties for late filing.
There are no official fees that companies need to pay annually for their good standing.
