Company registration costs €290 including VAT. This includes a VAT free state fee of €265 and Business Register API fee of €25 incl. VAT.

Please note that non-residents of Estonia (including e-Residents) must also maintain an Estonian registered office address and legal contact person. We bundle these services for €99/year and €80/year respectively. VAT will be added.
