How do I cancel my subscription?

Whenever you would like to cancel your active annual virtual office or contact person subscription you can do it simply by logging in to Client Dashboard and navigating to the Subscription menu.


There you can find the cancel subscription function from the top right corner of your subscription details box.

Your cancelled subscription will enable you to use our services until the expiry date. According to Unicount Terms of Service, there are no pro-rata refunds available for any period left before the annual subscription is to expire.

If you have not changed company registered office address and contact person in the Estonian Business Register within thirty (30) days from the expiry, Unicount can submit an application to the Business Register for the deletion of incorrect details from the Business Register and to claim a contractual penalty in the sum equal to the annual fee for the Services.

You can still download any files such as scanned mail or invoices from Dashboard messages you want to keep until 30 days after the expiry.

Unicount does not store any paper documents for its clients and all mail items are destroyed 30 days after they have been delivered to you online.

Please note that Unicount accounting services require you to have an active virtual office or contact person subscription with Unicount.
