The submission of annual accounts (called annual reports in Estonia) needs to be done online through the Estonia e-Business Register.
To start you can log in here with your e-resident ID-card, Estonian mobile-ID, or Smart-ID. After logging in click on Submission of a report.
A new page opens showing you incomplete annual accounts. Click on view to access the document.
In the general view click Next.
Enter the date today and then Save. When you are ready for signing click on "Add a digital signature to the report".
After this, you can click "Please sign the report". No resolution is needed here.
Now comes the actual signing where you can click "Sign the document"
When signing worked you would see a message "Document successfully signed!". Now you can notify our accountants so that they can finalize the submission with the profit distribution or loss covering proposal.
NB! While reviewing the report, make sure you do not tick the "Add a reference to the auditor's report into the table of contents" if you do not want voluntary audit obligation for your report.
