How do I send a message through Dashboard?

When you have an active virtual office or contact person subscription with Unicount you can send us a message from Client Dashboard. This way we know that it is you who is logged in and can exchange legal and accounting-related information with you online.

This is how you send a message.

Log in to Client Dashboard with your eID.

Choose the right company from the dropdown menu if you have multiple companies.

You can open the Messages menu and then click Create New Message.

Select the right category, insert the subject and type your message. Unicount will aim to reply within 24 hours on working days. You can also upload files such as screenshots or PDF documents to the accounting team.

You can also reply to a message sent to you from Unicount so that we can follow the conversation thread. See below the message content a chat area for sending replies to our messages.
