Please do the following to provide Unicount with the right to submit annual accounts through the e-Business Register.

Log in to the Estonian government portal Eesti.ee here.

Select the company from which you would like to delegate rights.

On the left sidebar, select the "Authorisations".

Under authorisations, click "Add authorisation".

Search for Unicount by pasting Unicount registration code 14614272. Select Unicount from the results in the drop-down menu.

Click on the Role selector and select the first result, "Annual Reports portal: Right to enter and submit an annual report".

Please keep the sub-delegation box ticked, as this enables Unicount company directors to delegate rights to team members preparing your annual accounts. To finalize the process, click "Confirm" in the low right corner of the pop-up window.

The term of the authorisation can be indefinite unless you know for sure that you are concluding business relations with Unicount on a specific date.

Once confirmed you should be able to see the authorisation given to Unicount.

Removing an authorisation granted earlier is possible from the same list of authorisations.
