Granting Unicount OÜ access to e-MTA
Time: about 5 minutes. You will need your e-Residency card, ID card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID.
Unicount OÜ needs two access packages in e-MTA so we can file your tax returns and act for your company: the legal person's authorized representative package and the accountant's package. Both are required, and the permission must be delegable so our team can work on your account.
Log in to e-MTA. Go to emta.ee/en, click "Enter the e-MTA," and sign in.
Select the represented person. In the upper-left corner, click "Select a represented person."
Choose your company. Under "Legal persons," select your company. Do not choose anything under "Natural persons and sole proprietors."
Do not skip this step. If you stay on your own name, you grant access as a private person, not as your company, and it will not work for us.Open the access settings. Go to Settings, then Access permissions, then "Access permissions of representatives."
Add a new permission. Click "New access permission" on the right.
Find Unicount OÜ. In the "Personal identification code or registry code" field, enter 14614272 and click Search.
Make the permission delegable. Under Persons, find Unicount OÜ. In the "Other information" column, set "Delegable permission" to Yes.
Select both packages. In the Permissions section, choose "Individual right", then select:
Package for legal person's authorized representative
Accountant's package
Confirm. Tick the box on each permission line and click "Add." A green confirmation box appears when the rights have been added.
That is all. Your Unicount contact is notified and will confirm by email once the access has been passed on to your accountant. If anything looks different on your screen, write to us, and we will walk you through it.
