Your virtual office subscription renewal happens automatically if you signed up with a payment card via Stripe.

Unicount will simply attempt to renew your virtual service for the next 12-month period by charging the annual service fee 7 days before the expiry of your current subscription period.

All you need to do is make sure that your payment card has not expired and has sufficient funds.

If you haven't submitted the mandatory Client Data yet or your uploaded government ID has expired, you can provide and update your data following our manual here.

When in trouble because of a missing company card for automatic Stripe payments, you can simply download your invoice from the Subscription menu in the Client Dashboard and wire the money to Unicount for manual renewal. Invoices for the next 12-month period are made available 60 days before the expiry and you can always see your current subscription period from the Client Dashboard.

In case your subscription expires, Unicount grants you a 30 days grace period to log in to Client Dashboard to add a payment card or download an invoice for a bank transfer.

You may contact support@unicount.eu to notify us of a bank transfer you made or to request a Stripe payment link for the manual renewal of your expired subscription if the grace period has already ended.

Unicount subscriptions are terminated once the 30 days grace period is over. Terminated accounts are sent to court for the Unicount address removal from the Business Registry. If you want to renew your subscription after termination, please contact Unicount support immediately. So that, you will be provided with a payment link for renewal and Unicount would withdraw the court application for address removal.
