Unicount is a regulated trust and company service provider in Estonia and collects client data according to the Estonian AML law.
When you order services online Unicount idenfities you as a client representative through an electronic trust service provider who transfers your e-Resident digital identity card or any other eID certificate details, including your full name and personal ID code, but according to law we also need to have a second source for verifying your identity.
This second source of identification described in law is a valid passport issued to you.
Your information is not transferred to any third party unless Unicount is legally obliged to do so.
Unicount is obliged to store client data five years after the termination of the business relationship.
