Estonian micro undertaking is a private limited company (OÜ or osaühing) which indicators meet on the balance sheet date of an accounting year all the following conditions set by Estonian Accounting Act:

1. Total assets up to 175,000 euros.

2. Liabilities not exceeding the owners' equity.

3. One physical person shareholder who is also the member of the management board.

4. Sales revenue during an accounting year is up to 50,000 euros.
