You can log in to Client Dashboard here if you have at least one active virtual office subscription that is connected to the personal identification number you have on your e-resident card, Smart-ID, ID-card or Mobile ID.
If you cannot log in to Unicount with your Estonian e-resident card or resident ID-card then most probably your computer is missing the latest version of Estonian ID-card software called DigiDoc or your browser does not have the necessary plugins installed and enabled. Read more here.
If your annual virtual office subscription has expired you would not be able to log in after 30 days have passed from the expiry date. Please contact Unicount via the support@unicount.eu email address or website chatbox to reactivate your service after the expiration of the grace period.
