Whenever the Estonian Business Register or more specifically Tartu county court registry department has issued a document to your company it can only be accessed through the Business Register online service. The documents are normally not sent to the registered company email by email. When they are sent to the company email, Unicount also uploads these emails to your company's Unicount Dashboard with translation, if available.

For accessing the court documents follow this link to log in to Business Register with your digital ID-card or Smart-ID.

Open the "My undertakings" tab.

Find and click your company name.

You can access your court resolutions under the "Entries, rulings and letters" tab. You can access and download the original document by clicking the court resolution numbers under "Ruling number".

You may use the e-Business Register machine translation tool to get an unofficial translation of the document from Estonian to English to understand the content. If you are still having trouble understanding the document, you may contact Unicount support via support@unicount.eu or our website chatbox during business hours.
