Signing the application does not commit you to anything. This just means that there is a signed application file and you will automatically proceed to the payment page.

You can see what information the application contains simply by downloading the bdoc format file before you add the signature. This only applies to desktop devices.

Your application will be submitted to the Estonian Business Register only after the payment.
