You can pay your first virtual office subscription fee via Stripe or supported bank links from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. If your company is already registered you can also pay by direct bank transfer.

Stripe

You can pay the virtual office fee with your Mastercard, VISA, UnionPay or American Express card via Stripe. Stripe also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay for mobile payments without entering your card data manually. Stripe will securely store your card details for recurring payments.

Bank links

If you have a personal or business bank account in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania you can also use bank links for paying your first virtual office fees. Bank links are made available via MakeCommerce payment service.

Estonia:

Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, PocoPay, Citadele.

Latvia:

Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

Lithuania:

Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiauliai Bank, Citadele

Bank transfer

If your company is already registered and you switch to Unicount services you can request an invoice for a bank transfer. Unicount only issues invoices to Estonian registered companies for legal purposes. Paying by bank transfer is also available when paying recurring virtual office fees.

Recurring virtual office fees

Stripe

Unicount will automatically debit recurring virtual office payments from your saved payment card via Stripe.

60 days before your subscription expires Unicount prompts you to check your saved card details. This enables you to switch to another card, such as your company debit or credit card issued after the registration. You can also request an invoice for a bank transfer.

Estonian bank links

Estonian bank links are not available for paying recurring subscription fees. Also, as Estonian banks do not support SEPA Direct Debit Unicount recommends saving payment cards for automatic payments.

Bank transfer

Existing companies can pay recurring virtual office fees by bank transfer. You can request an invoice from Client Dashboard Subscription details menu.

Mail forwarding and other additional services

Stripe

Any mail forwarding or other additional services agreed with Unicount will be debited from your saved payment card via Stripe before the service provision. To order these services you should log in to Client Dashboard and save a payment card as explained in this manual.
