Unicount Services can be ordered via our website by any adult having a valid Estonian digital identity with the electronic signature capacity (including Estonian e-residents). See also supported countries article for more information.
Underaged persons can apply for the Estonian e-Residency card or Smart-ID but their digital signature is not considered to be legally valid in Estonia and they cannot serve as board members of Estonian companies.
This means that registering a company while being less than 18 years old is not possible via Unicount.
Unicount does not provide services to persons included in the EU sanctions list.
