You can pay your company formation fee via Stripe or supported bank links from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Via Stripe

You can pay the company formation fee with your Mastercard, VISA, UnionPay or American Express card via Stripe. Stripe also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay for mobile payments without entering your card data manually.

If you subscribed to the virtual office service, Unicount will ask you to check your company payment method 60 days before subscription expiration to ensure that we debit the correct card when we automatically charge for the virtual office subscription renewal.

Via bank link

Alternatively, you can pay via bank link from the following banks in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania via MakeCommerce payment service.

Estonia:

Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, PocoPay, Citadele.

Latvia:

Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

Lithuania:

Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiauliai Bank, Citadele

If you also subscribed to Unicount virtual office service for your company and paid via any of these bank links Unicount will ask for your company bank card information 60 days before subscription expiration to debit recurring annual virtual office payments from your company card automatically.
